Cancellation / Refund Policy

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

 

INDIVIDUAL CLASSES

Please provide 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your seat for an individual class.  We will be happy to reschedule you for another time or issue you a refund.  If you contact us less than 48 hours from the beginning of your class, or register but do not show up, there will be NO REFUNDS given because we will be unable to fill your spot at the last minute.

PRIVATE PARTIES

We ask that you notify us immediately in writing by email at: info@NightOwlArt.org if you must cancel your private party. If you cancel a private party 14 days or more prior to your event, a full deposit refund will be issued.  Our apologies, but no refund will be given for private parties cancelled less then 14 days from the date the event is scheduled to occur.  If your party does not meet the minimum attendance required, you will be responsible for that amount.

PUBLIC CLASS CANCELLATIONS

If the minimum number of attendees is not met for a public class, Night Owl Art reserves the right to cancel that class. Registrants will be notified via email. We do our best to give registrants 6-12 hours’ notice in advance of a cancellation (we try to wait until 24 hours prior to events before canceling).

Night Owl Art reserves the right to cancel public classes &/or private parties due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances. In such a case, e-mail notification will be sent at least 3 hours prior to the public class or private party. If in doubt as to whether your class or party will be canceled, please check your email for any notification, or email info@NightOwlArt.org to check on a class or party’s status.  All pre-paid seats to a public class will receive a gift certificate as a refund for classes canceled by Night Owl Art.
